Which countries do you ship to?
We ship across Germany and most European countries. Delivery is fast, secure, and fully trackable.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery times: 3–5 business days within Germany, 5–7 business days to other European countries.
Is shipping free?
Yes—free shipping on all orders over €40.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellation within 15 minutes of placing the order. After that, it may already be in processing. You can still return the item after delivery.
What is your return policy?
You can return your product within 14 days of delivery if it’s unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email support@koffez.com with your order number.
Do Koffez products have a warranty?
Yes. All our products include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or water damage caused by improper use.
Are Koffez coffee makers waterproof/leak-proof?
Our coffee makers are designed for everyday brewing and are not waterproof or submersible. Do not immerse in water. Refer to each product page for care and cleaning specifications.
