That moment set our mission: make great coffee accessible wherever life happens, from commuter trains to mountain viewpoints, from studios to weekend escapes.
From Sketch to Prototype
We turned drawings into dozens of rough builds, then broke them on purpose. We tuned heat stability, flow, and pressure until the shot tasted right. We chose durable, food-grade materials and a battery-powered, USB-C charging system you can trust outside the kitchen. Early testers—friends, travelers, and baristas—pushed us to support pods or ground coffee and to make cleaning intuitive and quick. By the end of the year, Koffez felt like more than a device—it was a repeatable ritual you could pack in your bag.
First Drop, Real Proof
Our first production run sold out faster than expected. We added a compact grinder and essential accessories to complete the kit, and packaged everything with recyclable materials. Certifications followed (CE/RoHS), along with real-world proof from a growing community brewing on trains, trails, studios, and offices. We launched tutorials, spare parts, and responsive support so the experience stayed smooth after purchase. “Espresso, anywhere” stopped being a promise and became a daily habit.
